Refund policy

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer has, from the date of receipt of the product, 14 days to withdraw.
While respecting this right of withdrawal, the Customer may request a return or exchange of one of their products during these 14 days.

These returns or exchanges may be requested by email or via “my account” on the website www.letempsdesgrenouilles.fr, resulting in acceptance or refusal by "Le Temps des Grenouilles".
An email explaining the procedure to the Customer will then be sent if the return or exchange of the order is accepted.

The return must be made within one week in the packaging used for shipment, and the product must be new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by a copy or the original of the invoice to the following address: URBY, rue de Rotterdam, Building 5, 33 520 BRUGES.

The Customer is responsible for the risks associated with returning their parcel. It is recommended to take additional insurance or send the parcel via Colissimo with signature upon receipt.

Proof of return may be requested from the Customer at any time.

Return costs are to be borne by the Customer. They are free to choose the return method, but Colissimo with signature upon receipt is strongly recommended. Despite this advice, if the parcel is not received, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" cannot refund the missing parcel, nor can it refund the shipping costs for returning that parcel.
Special case: if an error (error in the order: wrong item sent or defect in the item) originates from "Le Temps des Grenouilles", the Company may cover these return costs. To do so, the invoice (scanned) must be sent by email to be reimbursed for these return costs.

If after one week (after sending the return authorization email), "Le Temps des Grenouilles" has not received the return, it is canceled.
