Products and Compliance
The Products for sale are presented on the "Le Temps des Grenouilles" website and accompanied by a description.
The Products offered by "Le Temps des Grenouilles" comply with the applicable standards in France.
Elements such as, in particular, photographs, texts, graphics, as well as all information and characteristics illustrating and/or accompanying the Products are not contractual, which the Customer acknowledges.
The Customer has, for each Product, a description including the essential characteristics of the Product concerned.

Customer Obligations
The Customer declares that they are of legal age (over 18 years old) and have legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing them to order a product on the Site.

The Customer undertakes to provide "Le Temps des Grenouilles" with real and necessary information for the execution of the service covered by these terms, as requested online and according to their situation, including their first and last name, address, telephone number, and valid email.
The Customer is responsible for the consequences arising from false or inaccurate information provided or any illicit use thereof.

Once the order is placed, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" sends the Customer an email confirming the order. It provides information on the shipment of the product.

The Customer may modify their information in the “my account” section.
