Shipping policy

The prices displayed on the Site are given in euros, including all French taxes (French VAT and any other applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs, order processing fees, and packaging fees.
Shipping costs, order processing fees, and packaging fees will then be specified in the Customer’s shopping cart before the final confirmation of the order.
Products delivered to countries outside the European Union are not subject to VAT.
Prices may be modified, increased, or decreased at any time, notably due to sales periods or promotions.
The cost of telecommunications incurred by the conclusion and/or execution of these terms remains the responsibility of the Customer.

In case of a dispute regarding a previous order, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" has the right to cancel or refuse an order.

"Le Temps des Grenouilles" may fulfill any order within the limits of available stock.
If, despite all efforts by "Le Temps des Grenouilles" to monitor stock quantities and update them regularly on the site, one of the products ordered by the Customer is unavailable, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" will send an email to the Customer as soon as possible to inform them of this situation and cannot in any way be held responsible, and it will not give rise to any compensation or damages to the Customer regarding this unavailability.
In the case of unavailability, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" will offer the Customer an equivalent item in terms of price. If none of the products offered to the Customer are suitable, the Customer may cancel their order.
In the case of permanent unavailability, and if "Le Temps des Grenouilles" cannot offer a product of equivalent price to the Customer, the order will be automatically canceled.

The Customer, after adding the item they wish to purchase to their cart and clicking on “buy,” agrees to ensure their solvency before placing any order. In the event of insolvency, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" may cancel or suspend any order or delivery.

"Le Temps des Grenouilles" delivers its Products within Metropolitan France.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery to P.O. boxes or hotels is not possible.

Delivery times are indicated on the site at the time of order.
To ensure that this timeframe is respected, the Customer must provide the exact delivery information to "Le Temps des Grenouilles" (building number, street number, exact street name, postal code, city, staircase number, access codes, first and last names on the intercom).
Any delay caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Customer, proven by "Le Temps des Grenouilles," does not in any way make "Le Temps des Grenouilles" responsible for this delay.
In the case of force majeure or an unforeseeable event, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" shall also not be responsible for any possible delay.

If the parcel arrives damaged or with missing or already opened products, "Le Temps des Grenouilles" requests to be informed, by any means, within three days of receipt of the product.

Shipping costs may be fixed and may be higher or lower than the actual delivery costs. The Company reserves this right in order to limit discrepancies in delivery costs between different orders.
